A 15days trip to Uganda exposes you to a rewarding experience of the hidden treasures in the
wildness. As you visit the different national parks of Murchison falls national park, Semuliki
national park, Queen Elizabeth and Lake Mburo, your eyes will be fed with numerous wild
animals such as lions, buffalos, cheetahs and zebras. One more unique thing will be the strong
thundering roars of Murchison falls, as well as visiting the only endangered mountain gorillas
who possess 98% human DNA. Proceed to Hike Rwenzori Mountain for a wonderful experience.
Our professional guide will be waiting to give you a warm welcome to the pearl of Africa. The
guide will give you a brief briefing about the trip before driving you in the most comfortable
way to your accommodation in Kampala. Upon checking in, you will be served a very delicious
dinner as you rest from the long day’s journey waiting for the next day’s activities.
After a very delicious early morning breakfast, you will embark to a 305 km journey to
Murchison falls national park to grab the most amazing site of the largest thundering water falls
in the world. Enroute, you will stop at Ziwa rhino sanctuary to track the only surviving white
rhinos. Have lunch and Proceed with the 7-8 hour drive to the oldest but the most adorable
park in the country. Upon arrival, you can first visit the top of the falls to see the magnificent
falls pass through a 7m gap with rocks forming the Victoria Nile. Afterwards, head to the lodge
for dinner and overnight
Wakeup to a sweet cup of coffee. Then Head for a 3-4hours game drive in the wilderness, were you
stand a chance of seeing night hunters come back to their hiding places to rest then the early morning
hunters head to the battle field to get the days meal. They include lions, leopards, elephants, warthogs,
giraffes, hippos, among others not forgetting some bird species singing for you sweet melodies.
Upon finishing, you will have lunch then head for an afternoon boat cruise that sails to the
bottom of the falls. Here, you will have a clear sight of the parks treasure (Murchison falls).
Upon completion, head back to the park for dinner and an overnight.
After an early morning Breakfast, embark on a 6-7 hour journey to Kibale national park,
sighting some nice features such as the Albertine rift valley as you passing via Semuliki national
park. Semuliki National Park is a hidden treasure known to a few but having a lot to show case
to its guests. One of them is the sempaya Hot spring that is known for boiling eggs, especially
the male and the female. Upon completion, you will proceed with your drive to kibale national
park, the primate world. Check in at your lodge for dinner and an overnight.
The flickering sun raise will awake you up to an early morning breakfast. Then, head to the
parks head offices for a chimpanzee trekking briefing exercise .The guides will tell you the dos
and don’ts while in the park and especially with the animals. The whole activity may take up to
3-4 hours, with an hour for you to view human’s closest relatives. It’s a mazing that you will
stand a chance of spotting other primates such as the red tailed monkeys, baboons, and bush
babies among others, not forget the birds who will be entertaining you with sweet melodies as
you tranvance the jungle. After, head back for lunch before proceeding to Bigodi wetland to
watch birds, baboons, bush babies among others. Return to your accommodation for dinner
and overnight.
After an early Morning Breakfast, Drive to the Rwenzori area stopping at the Rwenzori art
foundation which is the only Bronze casting centre in Africa to view the process of sculpture
making. Meanwhile, proceed to check on the Roboni community wax and craft center to
witness to how the local people are living .check in to the Lodge for dinner and an overnight.
Upon completing your morning Breakfast, head to Rwenzori headquarters for a briefing on the
things to be done while hiking. Get one potter to help you in case of any challenge that can
hinder you from having full fun. Start your Hike to the mountain of the moon ranging 5,109m
above sea level with a snowcapped peak. The hike exposes you to the foothills of the mountain
hills, the glaciers and having the nice views of the Albertine. Below is the panoramic view of
Kasese town. Head back for dinner and an overnight.
Immediately after an early morning breakfast, head to Queen Elizabeth national park on a very
comfortable drive with an entertaining guide. You stand a chance of taking some photos as well
as sightseeing. On arrival at the park, check in to your lodge for lunch.
After having a very sumptuous and energy giving meal, all will be set; head to Kazinga channel
for a boat cruise as you relax just viewing the numerous aquatic animals in the river bank.
Wake up to an early morning breakfast. Then head to the wildness for a game drive. You will
appreciate the wild when discovering new thing which may include of spoting lions, antelopes,
elephants, buffaloes, leopards’ giraffes among others. You will take full control of your
binoculars in the 3hours activity as you feed the camera with wonderful pictures.
Have a picnic lunch, and head for an afternoon boat cruise, the beauty is that you stand a
chance of spoting a number of aquatic animals such as the hippos besides the wild ones who
have come to bath or drink water in Kazinga channel.
Wake up to an early morning breakfast. And then, head for an early game drive where you
stand a chance of spoting some amazing wild animals in the wildness such as the elephants,
lions, buffaloes, Leopards among others. Have a picnic lunch and head to Bwindi impenetrable
forest via the ishasha sector. Here, you will spot the unique tree climbing lions. Then proceed to
your safari lodge for dinner and overnight.
Let the suns raise wake you up to an early morning breakfast, as you head to the sectors headquarters’
for briefing. Here, the UWA park rangers will brief you on the do’s and don’ts of Gorilla trekking before
going for the real exercise that will last for about 4-6hours, depending on the location of the mammals.
Upon finding them, you will interact with them for about one hour study their behaviors. Afterwards,
return for lunch at the lodge then Drive to the neighboring Mgahinga national park. Less known but very
blessed with great treasures for all visitors. While in mgahinga, you will encounter the oldest but still
very original and entertaining culture of the Batwa pygmies. Check in to your lodge for dinner and an
overnight.
After a satisfying breakfast, head to Lake Bunyonyi. This is Africa’s second deepest lake and
birders spot. You will feed your eyes with beautiful landscapes in all directions. It is a base that
was named by British’s diplomat Winston Churchill as the SWITZERLAND IN AFRICA. You will
enjoy boat cruise, photograph and birding.
Let the birds melodies wake you up to an early morning breakfast, while feeding your eyes with
the amazing appearance of the surrounding hills and beautiful flash of the sun’s rays early in
the morning. Thereafter, proceed for a canoe ride on the lake as you visit the 29islands rich of
history such as the punishment island. Seat and relax as the guides tell you the stories while on
the ride. After, have lunch and go hiking in the nearby hills as you watch birds.
After an early morning breakfast, get to a drive to Lake Mburo national park (a home of
zebras).A 4hours and 30mins drive leads you to a the smallest but a very interesting park . This
park is a home to a number o Zebras, impalas, oribis, buffaloes, warthogs, and over 332 bird
species.
On arrival, enjoy the atmosphere and take as many photos as possible. Check in to your
accommodation for dinner and an overnight
Have a very sumptuous breakfast in the morning before embarking on an early morning game
drive for about 3hours. Here; you stand a chance of spoting Zebras, impalas, elephants,
Buffaloes among others. Upon completing, head back to your lodge for lunch and checkout.
Transfer to Kampala, having a stopover at the equator for photography as well as buying some
souvenirs from the nearby craft shop. Have some snacks as you proceed to Kampala to check in
for dinner and an overnight.
