In this 5days primate trekking and Wildlife safari in Uganda, you will have a memorable experience and a

and modern infrastructures. You will visit your cousins the Chimpanzees co-existing with over 12 unique
primate species in Kibale national park (the primate world), enjoy a swamp walk at one of the Rampsar
sites in Uganda; Bigodi Forest, have a rewarding Game viewing and Boat cruise in Queen Elizabeth
national park; Uganda’s most visited destination (a medley of Wonder). This safari starts and ends at
Entebbe international airport.
Our trusted driver-guide will give you preamble of the entire trip when you meet and a glass of Juice
before Kick starting the 6-7 hour Journey to Kibale National park, bypassing magnificent buildings, busy
towns and watching some undulating hills in the countryside, but with an en-route lunch stopover.
Kibale Forest is one of the places to look out for, harboring over 13primate species such as
Chimpanzees, Columbus monkeys, Vervet monkeys, and baboons among others, mammals, unique tree
species and rare bird species. You will enjoy your meals and overnight at the lodge.
Today's program starts as early as 6:00 am with breakfast, followed by a drive to Kibale forest national
park headquarters for a pre trekking briefing by the expert park rangers who will first register you,
before telling you the dos and don'ts while tracking and accompanying you to the Jungle, where you will
encounter not only the Chimpanzees but also several birds and unique tree species. Chimpanzee
tracking is not so challenging though it requires a bit of Physical Fitness; it can last for 1-5 hours plus one
extra hour for you to take photos while studying these creatures' unique behaviors as well as asking any
question you have.
After the tracking exercise, you will have lunch, followed by a rewarding 2hour experience at Bigodi
swamp, dominated by several birds, baboons, and locals carrying on with their activities. When all is
done, return to the lodge for a mouth-watering meal and overnight
As you wake up very early in the morning, you will enjoy two hours of amazing guided forest walk that
will expose you to unique bird species sailing on the treetops, the nests set by the chimpanzees, and the
beeps from the sun rays. Afterward, you will return to the Lodge for Late breakfast, before checking out
for a 3-5 hour epic drive to Queen Elizabeth national park, while watching the backdrop of the
snowcapped mountain of the Moon; Mount Kilimanjaro. Your Lunch will be en-route, while dinner and
overnight at the Park.
Wakeup like a king for a delicious cup of coffee early in the morning before visiting the wilderness for a
3-4 hour remarkable game drive with hopes of encountering your favorite game, be it a lion, leopard,
cheetah, buffalos, elephants, warthog, waterbuck, impalas, Uganda Kobs, Zebras, and giraffes among
others. Other treasures include; rare bird species such as the crested cranes, geenefowls, shoebill, and
the collared pratincole among others.
Afterward, you will have a picnic lunch and brief rest, before going for an exciting two-hour boat cruise
at the Kazinga Channel where you will spot a school of Hippos and crocodiles sailing near the water
banks, as well as several birds such as the kingfisher and mammals such as the Elephants Quenching
their thirst by the lakeshores. Call off the day with dinner and a nap at your lodge.
You will spend the first three hours of this day in a game drive in a quest for some of the mammals you
might have missed out during the previous day such as the Lions, leopards, hyenas, Uganda Kobs,
cheetah, and an Impala among others. Thereafter, you will return to the Lodge for a heavy cup of coffee,
before checking out for an epic drive to Entebbe International airport, with an en-route stopover at the
Equator to glance at the amazing demonstrations by the experts.
Take as many photos as you can in this amazing spot, before proceeding with your Journey to the airport
for the flight.

Frequently Asked Questions
Visitors are allowed to observe chimpanzees from a safe distance as guided by park rangers. Once the chimpanzees are located, you will spend up to one hour observing their behavior in their natural habitat.
Essential items include lightweight clothing in neutral colors, a waterproof jacket, sturdy hiking boots, insect repellent, sunscreen, a hat, binoculars, a camera, and any personal medications. For gorilla and chimpanzee trekking, long-sleeved shirts and long trousers are highly recommended.
Uganda can be visited throughout the year, but the best time for safaris is during the dry seasons from June to August and December to February. These months offer better wildlife viewing opportunities and easier trekking conditions for gorilla and chimpanzee tracking.
