Upon arrival at Kigali international airport, our expert guide will welcome you, brief you about
the whole three days experience before proceeding to Bukavu in democratic Republic of Congo.
it is a approximately 5hours to the destination, however if time allows, you will visit the local
market and the memorable burial ground of those who innocently died during the genocide.
Drive to the park while sighting the mazing slope of Virunga national Park and the evergreen
vegetation along the road. Upon arrival, you will check into the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Upon a very delicious early morning breakfast, you will drive to the park for the ultimate Gorilla
trekking experience. This exercise commences with an early morning pre Trekking briefing at
8:30 for about 30 minutes, the park rangers will be telling you how to conduct yourself while in
the jungle with these primates. the trek last for approximately 2-4 hours depending on your
fitness as well as how far the primates have moved, with one hour allowance given to you to
enjoy the presence of the Gorillas, Just carry a good professional camera.
After the trekking activity, enjoy a very delicious meal as you relax. In the afternoon, you will
drive to Lwiro where you find the scientific research center built by the Belgians in 1947. You
will encounter chimpanzees, museum and snakes in the cages and many more surprises. Upon
your satisfaction, drive back and retire at you lodge for dinner and overnight

After, check-out of the lodge and drive to Kigali passing through chiwanaga, here, you will meet
the pygmy tribe who will put a smile in your face with their local dances. Afterwards, proceed
