Your journey begins with a morning domestic flight from Dar es Salaam (or Arusha via
connection) to Msembe Airstrip, the gateway to Ruaha National Park. As your plane descends,
take in the vast expanse of wild terrain and river valleys. Upon arrival, a Neste Uganda Safaris
guide will meet you with a safari vehicle for a transfer to your lodge or tented camp—your first
game drive begins the moment you land. After check-in and lunch, head out for an afternoon
game drive along the Great Ruaha River, a lifeline for wildlife during the dry season. Expect
sightings of elephants, giraffes, zebras, impalas, and possibly lions resting in the shade. The park
is also known for rarities like greater kudus, sable antelopes, and wild dogs. Return to camp at
sunset for dinner and a peaceful night under the stars, serenaded by the sounds of the wild.

Rise early for a full day of game viewing in different parts of the park. After a warm beverage,

On your final day, enjoy a short early morning game drive to soak in one last wildlife
experience. You may revisit a favorite area or track a specific species you missed earlier. Watch

as the bush awakens—hornbills call, hippos return to water, and antelopes graze in the golden
light. Return to camp for breakfast and prepare for checkout.
En route to the airstrip, if time allows, stop at a nearby village or ranger station for a brief
