In your 13 days Ugandan safari, all the expertly arranged arrivals, departures, and accommodations will
make the quest for the wildlife and culture be met in the different destinations perfectly? The visit to
the wilderness of Queen Elizabeth, Murchison and Lake Mburo exposes you to the night and day
hunters such as lions, elephants’, zebras among others. You will also drive to the jungle of the world’s
primates in kibale national park for chimpanzee trekking, before proceeding to encounter the oldest
culture in existence (the Batwa pygmies). And not ignoring the sweet melodies of the birds in the
Unique mahogany Forest of Budongo.
On arrival at Entebbe international airport, our professional tour guide will welcome you to the pearl of
Africa (Uganda), and Transfer you to your accommodation where you will have dinner and an overnight.
At this point, a guide will give you a briefing about the whole trip. However, just be ready to feed your
eyes with beautiful sights while on journey to the lodge.
Wake up for an early morning breakfast, then set off for Lake Mburo National Park, a 240km distance
that takes roughly 3-4 hours drive. Enroute, have photography moment at the Equator crossing kayabwe
77km from Kampala. This is a line that brings out a divide between the northern and southern
hemisphere. Continue with your journey to central Uganda through the towns of Masaka, Mbirizi,
kyazanga and lyatonda before reaching the destination of Lake Mburo national park for a check in and
lunch at your accommodation. After resting, you will head for a boat cruise that gives a chance of
spoting some wild animals such as the Buffaloes and the impala’s drinking water. In addition, you will
also spot birds such as African fish eagle singing different melodies as well as perching on the nearby
trees. You will complete your day in style with a horse ride, head back to the lodge for dinner and an
overnight.
Upon finishing your early morning breakfast, you will Transfer to Lake Bunyonyi via Igongo cultural
center which is a distance of about 33km from Lake Mburo national park. While at Igongo, the guides
will take you around the museum while narrating some of the cultural and historical facts pertaining the
different tribes found in south western Uganda. Then afterwards, take a short hike of the Rwenjeru hill
to grab the beautiful views of the ankole rangelands with hundreds of Ankole long horned cattle. Have
lunch and proceed to the Lake Bunyonyi. On arrival, check in to your accommodation for dinner and
overnight
After a very tasty early morning breakfast, explore the full beauty of Lake Bunyonyi also (a lake of a
thousand islands), with islands ranging up to 29 in number in a period of 5-6 hours. Visit the islands such
as the punishment island to ascertain the reason why it was named that. This is the best destination for
your relaxation and recreation. After spoting the different islands, you will transfer to mgahinga
national Park in the evening. Check in to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Wake up to an early morning breakfast, then head to the parks headquarters at 8:30am. Here, you will
meet the park rangers who will take you through the dos and don’ts while trekking the closest relatives
of Human beings (The Gorillas). This park has only one but the most funny and lovely gorilla family.
With the directives of the guide, you will start the trek by following the broken tree branches or from
the point where the gorillas were last seen the previous day. Upon finding them, you will be given one
hour to interact, closely studying how the Female ones feed and care for their young ones. Afterwards,
head back to your lodge for lunch as you wait to encounter the Batwa pygmies for an unforgettable
cultural experience. They will tell you their history of wondering and gathering in the forest, then sing
for you the sorrow full song that gives an insight to the origin of their tradition. Afterwards, return to the
accommodation for dinner and an overnight.
Immediately after that classic morning breakfast, set off for Queen Elizabeth national park passing via
the Ishasha sector. This route will answer your question of if lions are able to climb trees. Spot the
unique Tree climbing lions resting on top of the Tree branches, as you proceed to Mweya for an
afternoon boat cruise at Kazinga channel starting at 15:00hours for about two hours. This destination
exposes you to aquatic animals like Nile crocodiles, hippos as well as wild animals coming to drink water
on the banks such as Buffaloes, elephants a among others. Then Retire to your accommodation for
dinner and overnight
Rise to an early morning sweet cup of coffee. And then set off for the game drive activities in the
savannah grass land game park of Queen Elizabeth national Park (a medley of wonder). The early start of
the activities gives you a chance of seeing night hunters, like hyenas getting back to their hiding places,
as well as the early morning hunters searching for the day’s meal. While on the drive through kasenyi

After breakfast, Proceed to Kibale National Park, roughly 157km and lasting for 4hours on a road drive,
viewing the amazing Rwenzori ranges. Kibale National Park (the Primate capital) is a hub for world’s top
primates such as the chimpanzees, Columbus tailed monkeys among others.
On arrival, you will check in to your accommodation while receiving a very hospitable welcome of warm
delicious lunch. In case you are strong and willing, you will hike the wonderful views of the Ndali-
Kasende crater area.
Rise up to a very satisfying early morning breakfast, before converging at Kanyanchu tourism
center at 08:00hours, for a briefing on what to expect while in your search for the man’s closest
relatives,( the chimpanzees). This tracking exercise involves passing through the jungle of Kibale
with over 13species of primates of which some are sighted while on the quest for the
chimpanzees. These may include Columbus monkeys, olive baboon, and Red-tailed monkeys to
mention but a few. The sweet melodies of the birds will keep you entertained while in the 3-5
hours trek. One hour is for you to view and relax with the chimpanzees while learning something
from them. Then later on, you will have a picnic lunch and head to the parks headquarters. In
the afternoon, enjoy the swamp walk while sighting the Ruwenzori Turaco and the swamp
animals like Sitatunga. Head back for dinner and an overnight stay
Immediately after an early morning breakfast , embark on a long day drive that will last for about
9hours, on a distance of roughly 441km.Your eyes will be fed with amazing Albertine valley as you pass
through the country side of western Ugandan. Lunch will be enroute in Hoima town as you proceed to
Murchison falls national park, arriving late in the evening for dinner and an overnight.
The suns raise will wake you up to an early morning breakfast; have a feel of the ferry in the morning as
you cross to the northern part for an forgettable wilderness encounter on a game drive, where you
stand a chance of spotting Elephants, buffalos, Jackson hartebeest, Uganda Kobs, lion, leopard, giraffe
among others in the wilderness for roughly 3-4 hour. Relax a bit as you view the photos you have just
taken while on the drive. head beck to paraa for the a afternoon boat cruise that exposes you to the
great thunder of Murchison falls combined with sighting the most treasured falls. One can also sight the
Nile crocodile (second largest reptile in the world). This whole experience will last for about 3-4hours
before you head back to your accommodation to relax and for dinner and an overnight.
When the sun’s rays have woken you up from the sweet slumber, an early morning breakfast will work.
Then after words, drive to Budongo forest where you will have nature/forest walk, birding and
chimpanzee trekking. It will take you about 3-4 hours while travancing through the oldest mahogany
forest in East Africa, having about 800 of all the chimpanzees in Uganda and a home for over 360 bird
species. Chimpanzee trekking is done twice a day, morning around 7am and in the afternoon around
3pm. During this chimpanzee trail, you have a great opportunity of bird watching and sightseeing as well
as taking some of the most memorable photos in the forest before proceeding to the park for a climb to
the top of the waterfalls.
Immediately after breakfast , transfer to Kampala while enjoying the wonderful sights caused by the
perfect flowers and attractive plantations along the road in a journey of about 305km.enroute, you will
visit Ziwa Rhino sanctuary In Nakasongala district to track the surviving white Rhinos, then head to
Entebbe international airport for your flight.
