Wondering where to have your next honeymoon safari, student safari, family retreat, or wildlife
adventure; look no further than this amazing six days wildlife and primate safari brought to you
by ultimate safaris Uganda. You will visit Murchison Fall’s national park where our guide will
take you to spot the most powerful waterfalls on earth; Murchison falls, while on a boat cruise,
guided nature walk, and game drive. After there, he will drive you to Kibale national park to
meet your cousins the Chimpanzees together with over 12 other primates co-existing in the same
place. Other events on this trip include Kampala city tour, Visiting Bigodi Forest, photography,
and sightseeing.
Upon landing at Entebbe international airport, you will be welcomed in a special way to Uganda
the pearl of Africa, for your wonderful 5day voyage. The tour guide will brief you about the trip,
explaining to you each and everything that may not be clear to you in the itinerary before hitting
the road to Kampala city for a 2-3 hour city tour where you will visit the Independence
Monument, Uganda Museum and the Craft Village. After here, you will drive to the Hotel for
dinner and a night stay
Start this day with a heavy breakfast, before checking out of the Hotel for a 5-6 hour epic drive
to the country's oldest national park; Murchison falls National park. When you reach
Nakasongola district, the driver guide will take you for a one hour Rhino Trekking in Ziwa rhino
sanctuary; home to the endangered Rhino species in the country. Thereafter, you will have Lunch
before proceeding with your drive to the park where you will arrive in the evening which gives
you an opportunity of spotting some of the mammals as they search for where to spend their
night or as they roam around the park. You will then sum up the day with dinner and overnight.
At dawn, set all your game viewing gadgets such as a camera, binoculars and a bottle of water
and head to the breakfast table for a sumptuous cup of Coffee, before Joining your driver-guide
to the vast savanna grassland in the Northern sector of the park. You will catch the sight of night
hunters returning from their duty and day workers busy in their duty stations; Buffalos elephants,
zebras, giraffes, Antelopes, and warthogs among others. Lions and Leopards are also available
at this great destination but only lucky people can spot them, either hunting or resting. Other
attractions to look out for include the unique tree species such as the whistling acacia and several
rare bird species such as the shoebill stock.
After the game Drive, you will enjoy a mouth-watering Lunch meal, before going for a 2-3 hour
amazing boat cruise to the bottom of the falls where you will have time to take photos, glace, and
listen to the thundering waterfalls as it flows down from the 7metre gauge. Head back to the
lodge for dinner and overnight
on this day, you will have an early morning breakfast followed by a 1-2 hour hike to the Top of
Murchison falls to get a clear glimpse of the force behind the most powerful waterfalls on Earth,
in case sunshine is there, you will spot the rainbow in a close range, before proceeding with a 7-
8hour drive to Kibale national park; Home to your closest relatives the Chimpanzees. You will
have Lunch en route whereas dinner and overnight will be at the park.
Kick start this day with a heavy cup of coffee, followed by a drive to Kanyanchu information
center where you will interact with the park rangers who will register and brief you on the dos
and don'ts while with the Chimpanzees in the Jungle. The 1-5hour tracking exercise will
commence at approximately 8:30 am, with the park rangers guiding you through the forests that
harbor not only the chimpanzees but also colobus monkeys, vervet monkeys, baboons, and
greycheecked monkeys among others.
Upon meeting these creatures, you will be given one hour to take photos and listen to their sweet
vocalization as they feed, play, and interact. After the Chimpanzee tracking, you will have a
lunch break, followed by a rewarding evening experience at Bigodi swarm, hosting several birds
and primates such as baboons and many more. As dusk approaches enjoy a sunset drive back to
the lodge for dinner and overnight
On this Day, you will park all your belongings and enjoy a relaxed breakfast before checking out
of the lodge for a drive back to Kampala or Entebbe international airport; when you reach the
Equator, which only crosses 13 countries in the whole world, stop for some lectures,
photography, and Lunch.
