Upon landing at Kigali international Airport, Our expert guide will be happy to receive you for
the 5-days ultimate experience; this will start from Rwanda and end in Rwanda. The guide will
brief you about the whole activities before driving to Gisenyi Congo border passing via the
genocide memorial site and Kaplaki crafts Village for souvenir shopping. Upon arrival, check in
to the tourism office purposefully situated at the Grand Barrier border Post to receive Gorilla and
Volcano permit. proceed to your lodge for dinner and Overnight.

After consuming your first meal of the day, report to Bukima patrol point with your passport and
Gorilla Trekking permit for registration and briefing. The park rangers will take you through the
acceptable behaviors while tracking these apes, before heading with you to the park for the real
exercise. This activity might last for about 1 to 3 hours depending on the direction the Gorillas
have opted to take; upon finding them, one hour will be allocated to you to study these mammals
as well as taking some photos. It is very fascinating citing the huge size of the silverbacks and
the mothers feed their young ones.
After this exercise, you will have lunch before going for a village walk, as you encounter the
locals who will entertain you with a mazing performances and interesting stories. Return to the
lodge for dinner and overnight.

Mount Nyiragongo is one of the most active Volcanoes with the largest caldera in Africa.
After partaking an energy giving cup of coffee, you will head to mount Nyiragongo Trial head
for a hike that commences at 10:00am. Meet the guide who will brief you of the activity before
embarking on a 6hours hiking experience depending on your speed and fitness. You should be in
possession of a good hiking boots, a porter and water in order to have a very comfortable
exercise. The accommodation is on the wooden shelter at the top of the summit.

After having that unforgettable night on top of Mount Nyiragongo, gently descend down to the
bottom, have some refreshment before driving to Lake Kivu for a very rewarding relaxation,
photo moments and boat cruise. There are several bird species that will come your way while at
this destination. Afterwards, check in to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

After a very tasty morning breakfast in the cool environment, the driver Guide will drive you to
Kigali international airport to catch-up with your return flight.
