Meet and greet Our safari guide at the agreed point at the airport or your Hotel. After, you will
be briefed on what to expect in the Trip, Visit the Genocide memorial site, and proceed with the
2-hour drive to Volcanoes national park. Arrive and check-in to your lodge for refreshment and
late lunch. Afterword, you will have the first activity which is visiting Musanze cave for a one-
hour exploration. Inside the cave are Bat colonies and stunning past stories. After the experience,
return to the lodge for dinner and sweet slumber.

Start this day with a mouthwatering breakfast meal at the lodge followed by a transfer to the park
headquarters for a pretrekking briefing by the expert ranger guides who will take you through the
trekking dos and don’ts. After, you will be assigned a gorilla group from which the search starts
through the lush forest with the Gorillas and other primates. This walk follows the route where
the family was last spotted to where they could be. In the 1-8-hour hike, encountering your
cousins brings Joy. One hour is given for watching pose of the silverbacks, caring nature of the
mothers and the games of the infants. You will withdraw from the park later for dinner and sweet
slumber.

After having a delicious breakfast meal at the lodge, you will check-out for a transfer to the
primate world-Nyungwe National Park. This is a jungle with over 13 primate species. This road
trip will take approximately 5-6 hours, with stopovers for Lunch and sightseeing. You will get to
your lodge in the park in the evening for check-in, refreshment, go for chimp trekking briefing,
dinner and a sweet slumber.

Brighten your morning with a mouthwatering breakfast meal at 5am. Afterword, join the rest of
the trekkers for the trekking session which lasts for roughly 1-4 hours through the rugged terrain,
lush forest cover and bushes. At Nyungwe forest, about 13 primates’ species are harbored, with
the majority being your cousins the chimpanzees. These Apes are believed to be from the same
origin with humans. It is something you will see in their chants, physical appearance and family
structure. They are regarded as the wisest among the primate family. You have one hour of
taking photos and close study before taking a Lunch break. After the refreshment session, there
will be a canopy walk session in the evening, lasting for about 2-3 hours with a stunning view of
the forest cover, neighboring rolling landscape, and the birds at the try top. Get off the magically
suspended canopy to your lodge for dinner and a sweet slumber.

After a thrilling session with your cousins in their natural habitat, you will start this morning
with a tasty breakfast meal, and thereafter checkout of the lodge for a transfer to Kigali for your
flight or to the hotel. There will be an enroute stopover for Lunch, and sightseeing at the Kings
palace. The Guide will bid you goodbye at the agreed point and time.
