Detailed Itinerary

Day 1: Pickup and Explore Kampala

Upon your arrival at the airport or another agreed-upon location, you will be warmly welcomed. We are delighted to greet you in the Pearl of Africa, Uganda, and will review the itinerary with you while offering a refreshing glass of juice. Afterward, you'll be taken to a hotel for a rest. Later, you'll embark on a tour of Kampala, visiting historical and cultural sites such as the Uganda National Museum, the Independence Monument, and the local art center. After exploring Kampala, you will return to your accommodation for dinner and a well-deserved rest. Lunch will be in the city. Kampala, Uganda’s capital, is famously known as the city of seven hills.

Day 2: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

After a delicious breakfast at the lodge, you will set off for Queen Elizabeth National Park, with a stop for lunch en route. The journey to this vast assortment of wonders takes approximately 6–7 hours. Upon arrival, you will check into your lodge to enjoy a relaxed evening, followed by dinner. One of the highlights of the evening could be gathering around a campfire, when available.

Day 3: Game Drive and Boat Cruise

After a hearty breakfast at the lodge, you'll embark on a 3-4 hour game drive through the Kisenyi area and other sections of the park. Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of Uganda’s most famous parks, known for its tree-climbing lions and hosting over 500 species of birds. You’ll have the chance to spot buffaloes, warthogs, elephants, predators, and various other animals during this safari.

After the morning game drive, you will return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, you will enjoy an exciting boat cruise along the Kazinga Channel, where you’ll see crocodiles, hippos, and a wide range of bird species. After the 2-3 hour cruise, you will return to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 4: Transfer to Nairobi, Kenya

After an early breakfast at the lodge, you will head towards Masai Mara in Kenya, one of Africa's most iconic safari destinations. Upon arrival in Nairobi, a ranger guide will welcome you and accompany you on a 4-6 hour journey to Masai Mara. You’ll stop for lunch along the way and take photos of the breathtaking Great Rift Valley. After a late check-in at the resort, located within or near the park, you will enjoy dinner and a restful night.

Day 5: Full Day Game Drive

This day is dedicated to exploring Masai Mara. You’ll spend the day tracking lions, leopards, zebras, warthogs, wildebeest, and more. There will be opportunities to capture photos, possibly witnessing a hunt or an elephant giving birth. You will also learn about hyenas and observe flamingos, ostriches, and lovebirds.

At midday, you’ll enjoy a picnic brunch in the bush. Most of the afternoon will be spent near the Masai River, a fantastic location during the great wildebeest migration. Here, you can expect to see crocodiles, hippos, and kingfishers. After a day full of adventure, you’ll return to the resort for dinner and a peaceful night’s sleep.

Day 6: Departure

Following breakfast, you will check out of the resort and depart for Nairobi. Before reaching your drop-off point, you’ll enjoy a sunrise game drive, potentially catching sight of animals you may have missed the previous day. Be sure to collect a few souvenirs to commemorate the journey.
